Elections to the International Narcotics Control Board (2010-2015)

On Monday, 18 May 2009, the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) held elections for the International Narcotics Control Board for a five-year term beginning on 2 March 2010.

From among three candidates nominated by the World Health Organization (WHO), the Council elected:

From among 18 candidates nominated by Governments, the Council elected the following candidates (shown in alphabetical order):

* Re-elected members

Elections were held by secret ballot.

Members of INCB serve in their personal capacity, not as Government representatives.
