INCB President at World Health Assembly (WHO), 17-21 May 2010

INCB President Hamid Ghodse attended the World Health Assembly, the governing body of the World Health Organization (WHO), at its 63rd session, held in Geneva from 17-21 May 2010.

Subsequently, the President who was accompanied by the Secretary of INCB, held a series of consultations with leading officials of WHO, representatives of Governments and nongovernmental organizations, on a number issues, including availability of and access to medications containing controlled substances, promoting the rational use of psychoactive substances and cooperation with INCB to enhance implementation of the Conventions.
