INCB President visits Headquarters of Interpol General Secretariat in Lyon (France), on 12 August 2009.

Prof. Sevil Atasoy, INCB President, accompanied by the INCB Secretary, Mr. Koli Kouame, met with Jean-Michel Louboutin, Interpol Executive Director of Police Services, to review their cooperation and to discuss international drug control issues, inter alia, the latest trends in illicit drug trafficking and the illegal sales of internationally controlled substances through the Internet.
