Mission to China
INCB visited China from 24 to 26 September 2002, to examine measures taken by the Government in drug control since the last INCB technical visit in 2001. The mission was conducted by Ambassador Nüzhet Kandemir and Mr. Madan Mohan Bhatnagar, Members of the Board, accompanied by Mr. Rossen Popov of the INCB Secretariat.
Mission to Kosovo
INCB visited Kosovo from 17 to 21 September 2002, to examine measures taken by the Government in drug control. The mission was conducted by Dr. Robert Lousberg, Member of the Board, and Mr. Curtis J. Raynold, Drug Control Officer of the INCB Secretariat.
Mission to Albania
