Global launch of the INCB 2017 Annual Report and Precursors Report
Vienna, 26 February 2018 - The International Narcotics Control Board (INCB) will be launching its 2017 Annual Report and Precursors Report on 1 March 2018.
INCB President Dr. Viroj Sumyai will present the reports in Vienna, followed by launches worldwide.

This year's Report examines the global drug control situation, with a focus on treatment and rehabilitation, and makes recommendations to help States take effective measures to address drug-related challenges in full compliance with international human rights standards and norms.
