Special Session of the General Assembly on the World Drug Problem

Open letter to all Heads of State or Government on the occasion of the Millennium Summit, New York, 6-8 September 2000

The International Narcotics Control Board actively contributed to the special session of the General Assembly on the World Drug Problem which was held from 8 to 10 June 1998. In particular, the Board prepared documents which summarize the views of the Board on specific drug control issues which were addressed at the special session.
