How to request access to INCB.org's secure areas?

1. Please follow this link: https://www.incb.org/incb/_auth/login?from=/incb/en/secured/governments/index.html.
2. Click on “Register” at the bottom of the screen.
3. Fill all fields of the form.
4. Click on "Save".
5. Make sure to click on "Submit".
