INCB 2018 Annual Report, supplement on availability and Precursors Report
Announcement:
VIENNA, 27 February 2019 - The International Narcotics Control Board (INCB) will be launching its 2018 Annual Report and Precursors Report on 5 March 2019.
INCB President Dr. Viroj Sumyai will present the reports in Vienna, followed by launches worldwide.

The Report this year has a special focus on the risks and benefits of medical use of cannabis and looks at legislative developments on the non-medical use of cannabis. The Report is accompanied by a special supplement on the availability of internationally controlled medicines, as well as the 2018 Precursors report.
The Report addresses a number of regional developments, and in particular calls for further support for Afghanistan to tackle drug control challenges in the country.
