Because of the sensitivity of the information included in this secure area, the Board has decided to restrict its dissemination to designated government officials and competent national authorities under article 18 of the Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs of 1961, under article 16 of the Convention on Psychotropic Substances of 1971, and under article 12 of the United Nations Convention against Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances of 1988 unless otherwise advised by the respective Government.
