Croatia - National Approach on Materials and Equipment Used in Illicit Drug Manufacture
In Croatia, Article 190 of the Criminal Code establishes the criminal offense of unauthorized production and trafficking of drugs, stating that anyone who makes, acquires, transfers, exports or imports, or possesses equipment, materials, or substances that can be used for the production of substances referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article, and who knows they are intended for unauthorized manufacture, shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of six months to five years.
