Suriname - National Approach on Materials and Equipment Used in Illicit Drug Manufacture

In Suriname, the Act of 13 July 2018, containing further amendments to the Narcotic Drugs Act, Article 8, Clause 8c, establishes that the trade, import, export or transit, storage, trade, manufacture, processing, distribution and use of materials, equipment and other supplies used in the manufacture of drugs may be further regulated by state decree. So far, no regulations have been issued.
