Form P is used to report annual statistics on the manufacture, trade and consumption of substances controlled under the Convention on Psychotropic Substances of 1971.
NOTE: INCB kindly requests that authorities submitting the Excel (XLSX) version of Form P please include a signed cover page of the paper form to validate the submission.
