Form B/P is used to provide INCB information regarding a countries need of substances in Schedule II, III and IV the Convention on Psychotropic Substances of 1971. Assessments are applicable for one year. A full revision of assessments should be provided every three years.
Please use the new Form B/P for submitting your assessments for 2025. Kindly note that there have been changes in relation to reporting of delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol. Also, check the new Form B for estimates for narcotic drugs related to cannabis and cannabis resin.
NOTE: Psychotropic substances included in Schedule I are subject to special provisions (see article 7 of the 1971 Convention) - For those substances, assessments are not required.
